The Importance of Make Up

Beauty is one of the most important weapon for a girl/lady/women.
Everyone wants to be beautiful *even a guy would want to be beautiful*. However not everyone is born beautiful. *Including myself*

Make up and cosmetic are the solution for people like me. With the correct and right amount of colours on my face, it would change my appearance 360 degrees. There's a big difference when a person wearing make up compared to those without any any make up on.

Even when you're super lazy, please atleast apply a thin layer of lipstick. Lipstick is the most basic make up for me. *however my super lazy attitude sometimes makes the worst of me*.

Beauty holds in the eyes of the beholder~

I've never had a boyfriend *PERIOD*

I was asked the bonus question since I was young. What was the question again?

Do YOU have a BOYFRIEND???
And when I answer NO; they'll roll their eyes and say "You're LYING" or sometimes people would say "You're too choosy". In my heart I'll yell "say WHAT???". Sometimes I'd add up "Owh I'm not as beautiful as you for a guy to want me"; "The right guy hasn't met me yet"; "No one wants me" and what not.

I get the same response each time I answer them.

Actually, in life, I choose not to have a boyfriend as it's a waste of time, energy, money, feelings and what not. You'll have happy memories together but it may won't last as you'll find somebody else to repeat the same thing again. If I were to be a slut, I would have been a playgirl or a heart-breaker. However, I'm a girl with dignity, I choose to live a life without a boyfriend.

However, sometimes I do envy people especially friends who have had boyfriends and living a happy life. Sometimes I wish to have one. *It's great that I don't have one as most end up with a heartbreak*

Pinky

I can live without a boyfriend. I'd do less sin and zina. Actually in life, I've been doing a lot of other sins so I didn't want to add another sin of having a boyfriend.

Hoping...

My principal is that I want a husband, not a boyfriend.

Shopaholic Syndrome

I have a disease which is known as SHOPAHOLIC!!!
I inherited it from my mum....
I need a therapist or perhaps a rehab....
Pleaaaseee help me!!!!

What happened?
Today, 11th of December 2011 my relatives including my uncle, my aunts and cousins from Kulim asked us (my mum and I) to accompany them to Masjid Jamek as they wanted to shop for clothes, scarfs etc. Around 11 am we drove there in 2 separate cars as they'll b leaving to Kulim after shopping.

We were at Jalan TAR a.k.a Masjid Jamek for nearly 6 hours. *yes, six hours of shopping*
I bought 1 orange songket, 4 pieces of 4 meter cloth from Gulatis, 3 silk 4 meter cloth, a long polka dot skirt with a cute belt and pins for my scarf.

Brooches RM10/ 12 pieces

Gulati's cloth RM15/ 4meters
I bought 3 of them

Kain Songket RM25

Polka dot skirt RM 45

Actually last month my mum and I already bought nearly 22 Baju kurung in Kuala Kangsar. Today we bought lots more of cloth for Baju kurung just because it was cheap.

I also managed to put on henna while shopping. I was attracted to the design of henna that the women did to her customer. Without second thought, I paid rm7 for henna on my left hand.

My henna RM7

Fatimah's henna RM5

After showing my relatives the way to PLUS highway, we headed for Midvalley as my sister wanted to go to MPH carnival. We arrived Midvalley around 6.30pm.We stayed there until 830pm, had dinner at Pizza Hut and went back home around 10pm.

The Globe; My travel reference
Nearly 2 hours of shopping at the MPH Carnival, my sister and I managed to buy 8 story books, a globe and a magazine. I hope I'll read all the books we bought. I already started reading one of the books entitled Doktor Cinta by Dyadila. I think I'm going to finish it in a few days. *happy*

We arrived home around 11pm.

Shopping is like morphine. Once you shop you'll be addicted to it.

Day: Friday to Sunday
Venue: Hutan Belum, Perak
Participants: mostly OHM members
OHM....

On Friday, we (Ninie, k.Eja n Uncle) departed around 8.30pm from Saujana Utama. Our first destination was Grik. We arrived around 12.30pm and checked in at Greatwall Hotel. K.Ijan was already waiting for us in the hotel room. Five people including k.Ijan, Ninie, k.Eja and Eza slept on a queen bed until 5.30a.m. Around 7am we had a delicious nasi lemak for breakfast. Then we departed for Pulau Banding, Tasik Temenggor for Hutan Belum. We arrived around 9.30a.m.

Freedom!!!

Around 11am we started kayaking through Tasik Temenggor for more or less 5 hours. It was fun kayaking with a great view ahead of me. The water is green, warm and inviting. I feel like jumping into the lake and start swimming to our destination instead of kayaking. We arrived at our destination around 4.30p.m. After putting up a simple tent, we went to Jeram for bath. It was cold and worth it. We cooked, ate dinner and slept early. I woke up around 6.30a.m for Subuh. We ate breaakfast and we then cooked for lunch. Lunch was nasi goreng+ikan kering+telur dadar. It was delicious.
Our campsite with a simple tent

Around 12.30pm we departed from our camp site to Royal Belum Jetty. We arrived around 4.30pm. Around 6 we departed to Grik for dinner. Around 8.30pm we departed back to Kuala Lumpur. We arrived at 1a.m.

This was one of many great outdoor trips I ever had.

FnD mindspot

challenge your mind people!!!

FnD Mindspot is a new loiter interesting place located in TTDI. It's on the second floor, above Orthopedic clinic. It was tuesday, a week before salary, so there was no one there besides us.

We had a lot of fun. We played lots of games. 3 hours wasn't enough at all. 3 hours passed by in a blink of an eye. It's amazing how a small place like this brings you a lot of fun.

Shop like Crazy

I earn like a begger,
Shop like a millionaire....

Yesterday I had a whole day course at Sunway Convention Centre. It is located at the new wing, near the ice skating rink section. The event started around 1030am and ended around 930pm.

My brother, his wife and I departed from home around 8am. We took the LPD (lebuhraya puchong damansara) and arrived around 825am. We were early. The registration starts at 830am. However, the event started around 1030am. We were a bit disappointed with the organisers time management. Everyone seems to be not punctual at all. Duuhhhhhh!!!!!!

I'm not going to write about my disappointment in this entry. Today I'm gonna express how bad some people can be when they spend, in particularly myself.... LOL.

Myself, Faruq and Mastura
In between the course, twice I went out to shop. Life is amazing, even when I'm in a foul mood, I was able to entertain myself doing what I like *shopping!!!*. Around lunch, after Zuhur, we had lunch at a Korean restaustall *restaurant+stall=I don't know what catagory the place was*. It was super delicious. I love the taste of everything. The kimchi, the bilis, the prickle cucumber, the delicious soup whatsoever. I'd say everything is delicious *especially when you're super hungry as my breakfast was only at 830am which I only ate a piece of biscuit and a bottle of dutch lady milk*.

Our meal..

Our Korean Meal of the day..

front camera

Everyone was super HUNGRY!!!

After lunch, I went to a Hypergear stall that sells all sorts of dry bag. You name it all, they have everything. I bought a red 30 liter dry bag which cost rm99. The original price was rm110,  but I got a 10% discount. The bag is big. I think it's suitable for my 2 days kayak trip at Hutan Belum this 2-4th December 2011.

HYPERGEAR DRY BAG RM99

After entering the course again which started around 3pm, around 8pm I went for a 2nd round of shopping. This time I went straight to Al-Ikhsan Sports. I bought a climate Adidas long pants, a pair of socks, a pair of glove and a black one shoulder black dance bag *I'm not really sure myself why I bought the bag, it's not even cheap!!!*.

ADIDAS pants rm117

ADIDAS DANCE BAG rm 125

ADIDAS GLOVE rm59

NIKE low cut socks rm17.90

Last Thursday, on the 24th November 2011 I went out with Ewa and already bought a long Adidas pants for my kayak trip. It was a fold over black pants that looks like I'm wearing a skirt outside. I got it for rm144 after 10%, before less it was rm160.

Climalite ADIDAS black long pants rm144

I got a free fitness book and a Shower gel.

Actually I don't know what's gotten into me that I bought everything for this Kayak trip. It's like I'm obsessed and overexcited. LOL

I'm all set up, READY to KAYAK!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited. Excited beyond words. Just four more days for Hutan Belum!!!!

Vios ohh Vios

On Monday, 21st November 2011 was my Vios's 40k major service. I felt enthusiastic.  I took a day off to service my car.

I left home around 7.30am. My destination was Taman Midah Toyota service Centre. It took about 45 minutes to reach there via MRR@, Jalan Kucing and Jalan Loke Yew. I arrived 8.15am. Checked in and waited. The service took nearly 3 hours as it finished around 10.45am.

My next destination was Win Hing Toyota near Balakong. The reason I'm going there is to complain regarding my bumper which they fixed last time. The black thingy (I don't know what they call it) that is supposed to be a light or something fell off just less than 2 weeks after the service. It wasn't my fault that the thing fell off. I think they're giving me a low quality stuff after all.

However, just at the Billion roundabout, just after the green traffic light, 2 cars in front of me stopped. I panicked and did an emergency break. I thought I hit the black Camry in front of me but luckily I didn't. I was relieved. But the feeling of relief didn't last long as a stupid Kancil driver hit me from behind with a loud BANG!!!. I was furious. This can't be happening. I just got away from hitting someone else's car but some stupid driver hit me from the back. I think his middle name is careless stupid as*hole!!!. I got out and scolded him for driving fast in a roundabout. And guess what he said??? "I wanted to hurry. It was a green traffic light". I guess he was trying to pass through an orange light.

The stupid Kancil bumped into my car!!
After negotiating whatsoever, He followed me to Balakong Toyota Centre. They estimated the accident bumper. It was around rm1k plus. The clips of the bumper is broken, the red light below it is broken and etc...

The red light below
Then I followed him to a workshop to estimate his price. It was around rm100plus. It was 10times cheaper than the price given by Toyota. I called my mum and she told me to make a police report 1st and send the car to Toyota Service Centre.

View from the left side
Around 1pm we made a police report at Balai Polis Bandaraya. That is the only place to report for anyone who had accidents in Kuala Lumpur. While waiting, I met Wardina and her son. She was also  making a police report regarding an accident. I finished errands at the police station around 3pm. I didn't even had my lunch. My stomach is grumbling as I only ate porridge for breakfast.

Last but not least, before returning home with my mum, I sent my car to Toyota Balakong for an accident fix up.

It was a long tiring day~

Al-Fatihah to my beloved TokAyah Da

My beloved grandfather passed away on 6th of November 9.21am at Hospital Besut alone, without any family members aside except for the doctors and nurses.

The day before, on the 5th of November, I was able to meet Arwah in the ward. Arwah was in a hypoglicemic condition. Arwah was so sleepy and couldn't bother opening his eyes. We had to wake him up by calling out his name loudly and forcing him to stay awake. Arwah can hardly open his eyes. Even when I was feeding him rice his eyes were closed.

After feeding Arwah, I told him to recite zikr. Arwah didn't have any problem reciting 'Allah' as he doze off. That was the last time I spoke to Arwah.

This was his 4th time admitted to the hospital. With the same symptoms. When I asked the nurses Arwah's disease, the nurses said that previously he was admitted due to leptospirosis. This time it's due to dengue underlying leptospirosis. However he died with acute pulmonary edema secondary to DHF.

May Arwah's spirit stays among the religious ones.

Al-Fatihah

The Cool Uncle

Today a very warm--hearted uncle came to the pharmacy to take his meds. It's been a while he came. Last time he came with a friend of his and he tried to match me with his friend's son.

While waiting for his medication, he came to the counter and told me he had an eye operation. He said something about his eyes being replaced with a dog's eye and in future he'll be replacing his other eye with a cat's eye. I didn't believe a thing he said.

Then he told me that recently he went to Philippine for a vacation. In Philippine, a beautiful girl cheated him. She said a horse ride was 20peso. However after about 15 minutes ride, the guy who was in-charge told him it was 2000peso. He said he only had 400peso with him and paid everything he had. He said he met the beautiful girl again and told her what happened. Luckily she paid his ride back to the hotel.

After dispensing his meds, before going home he made a suggestion that I should come with him on a vacation so that he wouldn't be cheated again next time. That suggestion is so hilarious. How can that slip in his mind?

Day in, day out, its fun to have patients who shares their life experience over the counter.

Nonsense~

11 . 10 . 11
Today is all about updating my Blog~

I'm not sure what to update nor how to update this blog. It's been 3 years now since I first started blogging a.k.a writing nonsense. It seems that the only thing that is updated is nonsense content that I wanted to share.

Other people's blog that I read are amazing with a lot of interesting features. I hope someday that my blog will be as interesting as others.

Seorang Makcik yg Sangat Sempoi

Jam 7p.m...

Sedang lif bergerak, tetiba makcik tu tegur:

Makcik: Baru balik dari IKEA ke?
Myself: Tak la. Beg je IKEA. Tapi bukan dari sana.
Makcik: Owh ye ke. Ingatkan dari sana. Makcik suka barang-barang IKEA. Barang IKEA 'TEGAP'
Myself: *rolling eyes sambil pandang mamat tegap dan makcik tu. {nasib baik mamat tegap tu berdiri depan kitorg}*
mamat tegap tu sempat pandang makcik tu...
Myself: Tegap?
Makcik: Haah, tegap. Tahan lama... *sambil pandang mamat tegap*

LOL~ I didn't know there was such word to describe a furniture. Tegap is a word that means sturdy, robust which is used to describe a guy's body. Like "badan yang tegap".

It seems that not only young girls are amazed by sturdy muscled guys. Even an aging woman are amazed by them.

Friends vs Events+Places

Sometimes it's not the place or events that we look forward to, but
It's our friends that we look forward to meet and have fun with.

Even when we're so damn tired and restless, when our friend calls for a movie etc, we'll be so excited and energize for them. That's what I experience most of the time. Even thinking about it makes me happy.

A recent event was yesterday. I actually wasn't that eager to go to the wedding, but I was eager to meet my friends from HUKM. They're many of my many great friends. Even when I got lost and nearly gave up, thinking about meeting them boost my moods. In the end, it was all worth the effort.

Actually, the place of an event doesn't matter as long as you're with great friends to enjoy the moment. Our company of great friends makes the place a better place to visit or stay.

Great friends makes a place good and events memorable.
